Tickets are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
In the event of bad weather
We will decide (by consulting the met office data) at least 48 days in advance whether the class will go ahead. As our equipment isn't waterproof we will cancel if anything more than very light intermittent rain is forecast. In this case we will notify all participants (at least 48 hours before the start of the class) and we will refund you or give you a credit note (your choice). We may also cancel in the event of high winds. For some of our classes we have the option of using an indoor venue, in which case we will not offer a refund for bad weather.
If we cancel the class for any reason
In the event of unforeseen circumstances which mean we have to cancel a class, we will inform you at the earliest possible time and will offer you a full refund or credit note (your choice).
If you cancel at least 48 hours before the start of the class
We will give you a credit note (in the form of a voucher code) which you can use when booking online. (If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start of the class we will not refund you as we will be unlikely to fill your place).
