We will check the forecast a day or two prior to the event and give you 24 hours notice if we have to cancel due to bad weather. In this case, we will offer a credit note or you can transfer to another class.
To be sure of your place, please book online. If you decide not to book online and just turn up, we can't guarantee a place as there is a strict maximum of 18 dancers at each event.
Our preferred method of payment is credit/debit card. you can pay by PayPal but because of their high fee structure, we will charge an admin fee for this method. You will be able to see this small fee before you book.
