Earthdance by the Sea Dunwich
Join me on Dunwich beach for an Earth Dance by the sea experience. You can park in the beach car park. We will be on the beach to the south. Look out for a coloured flag!
Enjoy 50 minutes of Earth Dance. Sensing the sand under our toes and the sea air in our hair we will dance to a new routine. No experience is necessary, no age limit, just come and immerse yourself in uplifting music and let the flow move your body.

Join us at the beach cafe for tea and cake after dance.
WEATHER:
Of course our beach dances always bring the sun out, but in the unlikely event of rain please bring a light rain jacket with a hood to protect the headphones.
If heavy rain is forecast we may have to cancel in which case we will let you know as soon as possible and we will transfer your booking to another class or give you a credit note.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class so we can give out your headphones and be ready to start on time.
- You may want to bring something to sit/lie on as we will have a few minutes relaxation / cool down at the end of the session. I suggest a yoga mat or towel or similar.
